Vialynx started by building websites, CRM, and automation for businesses that needed a working system, not only a page online. Companies then asked for something more specific. They wanted AI inside the operation, something that could read the request, use the record, and prepare work their staff was still doing one item at a time.

That is the work now. We still design and build software. We spend the early part of a project with the people who do the job, because the documented process is often incomplete. Then we design the system, build it, and show it working before we ask you to run it every day.

The team works in Cloudflare, GitHub, databases, networking, and application security. Grok is the model we know best, and the one we use by default. Your system is not tied to a single chat product. Calls go through a gateway, so a step can use another model if that is the better fit or if you need a failover.

We work with small companies that need one job taken off the day, with growing companies whose tools do not talk to each other, and with larger teams that need the system in their own account. The size of the company changes the review. It does not change the first question, which is what problem we are solving.
